    Did you know: It takes 28 days to form a new habit. The first 3 to 4 weeks of performing a new task is often the hardest. Once you cross the 3 or 4 week threshold, things get easier; the task then becomes a habit.
  1. Prioritize self-care: Starting the new year with a healthy mind and body is crucial. Make sure to prioritize self-care by exercising, eating well, and getting enough sleep.
