Players must register in the correct category.
Misrepresentation will result in disqualification.
Players must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time slot. For 8:30am games, you may start warming up by 7:30am.
A 3-minute grace period will be given. Players who arrive after the grace period will be considered in default.
Registration fees are non-refundable within 2 weeks before the tournament.
Taunting, bad-mouthing, and unsportsmanlike conduct are strictly prohibited.
The Organizer’s decision is final.

Round Robin for brackets consisting of 5 teams; double round robin for 4 teams or less
Matches will be played to 11 points or a 15-minute time limit, whichever comes first.
At 10–10: Sudden death — the next point wins.
If time expires at 10–10: Rally point will determine the winner.
5-team bracket:
Seeds 1 and 2 will play for the Gold Medal.
Seeds 3 and 4 will play for the Bronze Medal.
4 teams or less:
Best record in round robin wins
Ranking = medal placement

2-way tie: Head-to-head result will determine the winner.
3-way tie: Point differential will be used to determine the ranking.
If a tie remains: The head-to-head result will be used after breaking the tie.

An announcement will be made to signal the start of the Round Robin matches.
Once the announcement is made, players must proceed immediately to their assigned courts for their scheduled match.

Players must proceed to their assigned courts immediately after the announcement.
All matches will have a mass start for each round.
Matches will start on schedule, whether or not all players are on court.
Failure to arrive within the 2-minute grace period will result in forfeiture of the match.
Matches will be played to 11 points or 15 minutes, whichever comes first, followed by a 5-minute break.
Players will change ends at 6 points and will be given a 1-minute water break. Running time will apply.
Players who are not on their assigned court will be given a 2-minute grace period.

The player closest to the ball will make the line call.
Umpires/Referees will call foot faults, service errors, and other rule violations. Referees may overrule a line call when necessary.
Players may contest a call with the Umpire/Referee. If the concern cannot be resolved, the Umpire/Referee may refer the matter to the Head Referee or Tournament Director.
The Head Referee will make the final decision or refer the matter to the Tournament Director if further resolution is needed.
A player may not contest a call once the next rally has started.
The decision of the Head Referee and/or Tournament Director is final.
